6. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on G&G Marts are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via Mobile Money, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
Payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise specified for “Pay on Delivery” orders. We reserve the right to revise prices, offers, or payment methods at any time.

7. Delivery and Shipping

G&G Marts offers nationwide delivery across Ghana through our logistics partners. Delivery timelines and fees vary based on location, item type, and delivery method. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Products marked G&G Express receive priority handling.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Customers may return eligible items within 7 days after delivery, subject to our policy terms. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

9. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, G&G Marts may run promotional offers or discounts. Each offer will be subject to specific terms and duration. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
