Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Introduction
At G&G Marts Ghana, we want you to enjoy every shopping experience with us. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds can be made for items purchased on GnG Marts, as well as the cases where returns may not be accepted.
2. Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance
You may return most items purchased on G&G Marts within 7 days after delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Returns are not accepted after this period has expired.
You may return items for the following reasons:

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, we do not accept returns of certain products, including but not limited to:
- Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, fragrances, personal care, and hygiene items
- Groceries, beverages, food supplements, and other perishable goods
- Software, tickets, or customized items
You may only return such items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
4. Packaging and Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Returned items remain your responsibility until received by G&G Marts.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within the specified return timeline (usually within 7–10 working days). For defective or incorrect items, delivery fees will also be refunded. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as G&G Wallet credit where applicable.
6. Rejected Returns
All returned items are carefully inspected. If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it will be rejected and sent back to you. Two delivery attempts will be made; after which, you must collect the item within 60 days, or it will be forfeited.
7. No Exchanges
G&G Marts does not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
