At G&G Marts, we are committed to bringing you high-quality products directly from global manufacturers. To provide the best prices and a wide variety of items, we ship our products directly from our international warehouses in China.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable international shipping to all regions in Ghana (Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, etc.). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance in Tema or Kotoka International Airport, and local courier logistics may occasionally cause slight delays.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a Tracking Number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package directly through our website’s “Track Order” page or via global tracking platforms like 17Track. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update after the initial shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
G&G Marts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Most small consumer parcels arrive without additional charges, but this depends on Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) regulations at the time of arrival.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at (support@gngmarts.com) with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and active Ghana phone number are correct at checkout. Our local delivery partners may need to call you to coordinate the final “last-mile” delivery to your doorstep or a designated pickup point.
Why does it take 2–4 weeks?
Because we ship directly from the source to offer you wholesale prices, your package travels a long distance. We appreciate your patience as we bring the world’s best products to your doorstep in Ghana!
