I already received them, in terms of quality they remind me of some Harden shoes; the quality is very good. As for the size, it depends on whether you are going to use them for playing and if you change the insole. I recommend one size up, but if you are only going to use them for walking, then just half a size up is fine. But I highly recommend them.
